Restylane, Perlane & Juvederm® (Hyaluronic Acid)

Over the years these Hyaluronic Acid Based fillers have proven to be a safe and effective procedure for the correction of facial lines and scars. These fillers are used extensively to correct mild to moderate nasolabial folds and fine lines around the mouth. They are also used to elevate depressed scars, enhance lip & cheek size and contour, and restore facial symmetry.
Improvement with Hyaluronic acid fillers is temporary with benefits typically lasting from 3 to 6 months depending on individual physiology, however new collagen formation does occur over time, resulting in gradual permanent reduction of lines, wrinkles, and scars over time with regular treatments.
Juvederm® Ultra and Restylane are used primarily for fine lines and wrinkles as well as lip volume enhancement, while the heavier molecular weight Juvederm® Ultra Plus and Perlane are more effective in treating deeper facial lines as well as volume enhancement of cheeks.
